Paytyns big day!!

Here is what is going on with us. The other day paytyn was in her swing and she learned to pull herself up and out of it! I was in the shower and she was in her pink swing(the one in the pictire below), and she was fussing so I took a peak at her and her head was TOUCHING the ground! She pulled herself up and when forward at the waist. So now she isnt allowed in that swing anymore. She is very strong for her little size. So Jim went skiing today, and I got Paytyns ear's pieced. Here is Paytyn with her ear's pieced! She cried for about a min and then stopped. She was braver then me.

Here I am holding Pay while they pieced her ears. I was a little scared for her. She didnt like the way I held her. I think that was her biggest problem.

She hated that I had to hold her head and it was worse that they had to but dots on her ears! Thats when she really started to cry.

Here she is while we where getting ready to do it. So good and calm.

I just woke her up. I didn't want her to get woken up and then poked. SO I woke her up while we waited while another girl got her ears pieced. She was so good.

Here is Paytyn right after her bath. Jim gave her a bath for the first time. He did very well. I know he was a little scared But Paytyn was cleaned and still alive so he did a good job.

This is Paytyn while we were getting ready for church. She was just playing in her swing being so good! She now likes playing with toys, and with mom and dad.

Day to day!

So my jeep is in the shop this week. So sad. Jim and I wanted to go out to dinner since I havent been out of the house in days. Paytyn has been sick this week so we really havent been out. But this is her first ride in Daddy's Jeep. She likes it. we didnt like hauling her in and out of the jeep, but she likes riding in it.

Here is Paytyn right after a bath. She was having and Okay day. She has not been to happy lately since she has had a cold and feeling yucky. But she is growing so fast! She is just so cute!

So I was trying to get Pay to lift her head, Cause she does. But she was tired and getting ready to sleep.

Here is she playing with toys. She really likes all the colors and loves it.

Here is Jim right after he got home from Drill. He missed Paytyn and just wanted to play with her. She is becoming such a daddy's girl. This passed weekend, she didnt even want me to play with her. Se just wanted her daddy. It was very cute!

LOOK we got Santa leaving presents or so we thought! Thats right Jangkun(my 10yr old nephew) look at these pictures and told us we got the fake Santa cause he's not wearing boots! My sisters missed the real Santa by just seconds but they wanted to show the kids Santa so Grandpa dressed up and posed for my sisters. Its to bad they missed the real Santa....Maybe next year!

Here is Paytyn and Jim on Christmas morning. They were so cute sleeping. They both slept through opening presents. Jim was in and out on christmas morning sleeping.

Here is the picture we put on the t-shirts. This is our Jazz dancer Courtney. He is very talented. Im just happy Courtney was such a good sport.

So here are the kids doing the Christmas story. Paytyn was baby Jesus. As Sydney told us, Paytyn cant be Jesus cause she is a girl. I told her we had to pretend , just like she was pretending to be Mary. It was really cool to do it. The spirt was strong and it was nice to do on Christmas eve.

Here is Paytyn opening her Christmas Pj's. Yes she is smiling. Like I said before she is a really happy baby. She is playing more and more each day and loves to smile. I love watching her smile.

Christmas 2008

So this is how Jim spent Christmas, Yes thats right he slept the WHOLE time. I love him....but Im not really sure how many time I saw him with his eyes open. He was so happy to see Paytyn after not seeing her for 10 days. And she was happy to take plenty of naps with him.

Okay so this isnt a christmas picture but it is Paytyn first time in the snow! It was fun to see paytyn in the snow......and NO she didnt cry like her Cousin Johnnie. She was a champ in the snow. She is such a good baby. She is "talking" more and more each day....she always is smiling and telling us stories.

This is Christmas morning, It took almost 2 hours to open presents! It was so much fun to have my whole family for the first time ever. We played games and had lots of family bonding time. It was so much fun watching Rachel (paytyn's cousin) playing "mommy" with Paytyn. Whenever Pay was crying she would come running and try to hold her so she could take care of her. She would even try and help breast feed.

Like I said I didnt see Jim with his eyes Open very much. Here we are waiting to open our presents. If you notice we are wearing white t-shirts. We (the WHOLE family) made t-shirts to hornor our favored Brother in law.....I will post the picture we put on the shirts. Courtney got a good laugh as we all did and now we all have matching shirts.
